The theme is black, white and I need to choose between red, gold, pastel green and bridemaids dresses, flowers

There are black chair covers should the bow be gold, red or pastel green. If I choose red what colour should the bridemaids dresses be should they be red. What colour should the bridemaids because the theme should match flowers and bridemaids dresses.


Trying decide on bridal bouquet 1. White with green 2. White, red with green.

if you do white, red, and green you are going to look like christmas. i think if the theme is black and white - put your bridesmaids in black. then accent with only ONE color so you don't get to tacky. i like red. put red bows and the chairs, red center peices on the tables and have everyone's flowers be red and white with black accents (bows and ribbons). you could have the groomsmen in black tuxes with a red vest to accent them.
Reply:I am having an ALL black and white wedding. my bridesmaids are wearing black tea length dresses and of course my dress is white.. everything is pretty opposite.. like the groom is in black and the groomsmen are in white tuxes. It looks pretty cool. I chose all white flowers with black accents.. like some black beading on my bouquet, and black ribbon on it. Our reception.. everyother table is black and the others white. all chairs are white w/ black ribbons... i have never been a fan of adding colors.. I like gold.. but i like it better with browns.. but idk if you'll like this idea.. but the girls can wear a gun powder metal (like a silver/black) and it looks AWESOME! and with any color you choose white always goes well wih flowers because if you chose red BM's dresses and you held red flowers the red may not match.. anyways good luck and happy planning= )
Reply:I personally think that if you mix the red with the green it is going to look to much like Christmas.


If I were you I would do the black chair covers with the pastel green bows. Then you could have your bridesmaids wear the pastel green with a black sash.


For the bridal bouquet go with white and green - I personally wouldn't add the red.


Or, this is pretty cool as well - it has the green, but with some gold accents..

I think as long as you don't combine the red and the green then it will look nice.
