i am getting married in italy this august and have wanted a natural rustic theme all along but the dress i have chosen is quite roman / grecian, what kind of bouquet would compliment it? should i stick with a small rustic bouquet or go long, streamlined and elegant? the only long flowers i can think of are calla lilies but i am not sure on these.

What kind of bridal flowers can i get to match this dress?
For some reason I cannot view the dress but if you are but if you decide to go with a long bouquet you could do something like the bride here.

I think the style is very elegant and romantic and would be perfect for a roman wedding. Congrats I'm sure it will be beautiful!
Reply:your links don't work....once you fix those, I will give my opinion.
Reply:why not be a bit different and have herbs instead of flowers. Each herb means somthing different would also fit in with your natural rustic theme.
Reply:Go for a trailing, romantic %26amp; deeply-scented bouquet with jasmine, tuberose, honeysuckle and blue delphiniums, interwoven with pearls.
Reply:i agree with snowbunn.....
the tulips complement the roman look beautifully. i would say small bouquet, mostly made up of the same flower, like a small bouquet of pale coloured roses with very little green. sounds beautiful, wish i could see you dress!
Reply:I can't view your gown
but I can add some pics of gowns I think are grecian looking, and you can see the flowers they carry.
I think it is probably best to keep it simple. If you carry a big bouquet that is all perfect and with greenery and all...it will look quite modern and American.
See how this girl is carrying a few tulips and that is it? I also love this gown. I haven't been able to find it at a salon to try yet...

ADD: That is a beautiful gown...I think either a white lily, a white or yellow tulip, or even some iris...but so not mix and do not carry more than 6 or so stems. Beautiful gown! Congrats
Here is her link she couldn't post for others to answer
