How can we improve our sale and reputation?
Reputation and sales always go together. To improve your sales, you need to have quality products which costumers would be interested to come back. Quality products and services will absolutely create a good image of your company. Develop a good product advertising, personal selling, sales promotion, and public relations.

In terms of online marketing, you need to optimize your website to have good traffic and to increase your sales. More visitors means a lot of possible costumers for your products.

And don't forget the search engines, making it to the top of search engines results could boost your sales and reputation.
Reply:Marketing a certain product would really require good strategic planning, implementation and tracking. In planning, you should be able to determine the “identity” of your product. That is what we call positioning.

In your business, you said that you are offering better quality, low price, and better service. Benefit-wise with respect to the customer, this is great. Because they are getting a high quality product, with it is great service while paying relatively low for it. However, there is a huge confusion in your positioning. The question would be… do you want your product to be known as a high, priced high quality product? Or would you want it to be known as a low-priced, better service kind of product?

With respect to your targets, that can be achieved in both scenarios I mentioned earlier. First, If you think that you should position it as high priced, high quality product, you should target a small number of group that is able to spend more money for your product than most people can do. This is called Niche Marketing, In Niche marketing, you don’t need to have a lot of customers but only a small group. You focus on this market, spending less on promotions. Your sales quantity would also be less. But with your high price, you can easily achieve your intended sales target. The important thing in Niche marketing is that you should be able to build that brand name, you should be able to show to your high-end customers that your products are exclusive for them. Build your brand… so that your customers will keep on coming back. In the long run, you would be able to get referrals thus a room for expansion in the said niche.

If you are going for the second scenario the key is differentiation. There are a lot of low-priced tailors around. But how would you differentiate your business from them? If you have a uniform pricing strategy, then it helps if you keep an edge from your competitors. The simplest thing to do is extend your service. Put a service with a smile or a service that goes beyond the expectations of your customers. You are going for the bulk of customers so should be able to impress them. In this strategy, it would require you a lot of promotions, sales gimmicks and sorts to increase the number of customers. There will be a thin profit margin, but the bulk of customers would be able to cover your sales target.

These are only some of the marketing insights I could share with you. A lot of market factors could affect your strategy. You should be able to quickly adapt to this. But the most important thing is focus. Focus and you’ll be able to achieve your target. ***
