What a good bridemaid's dress? I need HELP!!?

I am getting married. I am going with the colors of off white and dark red for my bridemaids and flowers. I have a few dresses picked out at a local bridal shop, but we can't decide on one. I like them all. I don't want the dresses to get too pricey. Maybe under 200 would be good. I need advice on any particular designers or favorites you ladies might know of. I want the dresses to be floorlength and strapless. If it's a two piece and they can pick out their own tops it would be okay. I don't think I'd want the tops and bottoms to be different colors though. I either want them to be a light beige color or a dark red almost burgundy looking. If the dresses have a sash that would be great. So if you know of any good designers or any favorites, please help. The wedding is in September!

My wedding colors were very simular and I went with a great designer- Alfred Angelo. My Wedding dress was # 1516 in claret.

My Bridesmaids got their dresses from Forever Yours dress # 75204.

Wedding dress shopping can be quite a task I hope you find a dress that matches your personality but still looks nice on the ladies of your bridal party.

Congrats and Good Luck!
Reply:if you have a few dresses picked out, and all the colors match, let each bridesmaid select her own dress.!

that way, they will each be comfortable in what they are wearing.
Reply:I strongly, strongly suggest going with the two-pieces. Pick the bottom you like, and let them pick their own top in the color you've chosen. This ensures that your maids will look good, feel good, and will stay within their own budgets. I did this with the Alfred Angelo dresses, and my maids were very happy that I didn't force a dress on them that they didn't like. Please remember that strapless dresses with sashes won't flatter many gals.
Reply:Davids Bridal has some beautiful dresses, i used them for mine and my bridesmaids dresses. They have one piece dresses and they also have something called mix and match, where you pick a color and then you can pick the skirt and top you want to put together, its really a neat thing, i would highly suggest davids bridal, they have good quality dresses and you would find some in your price range.
Reply:Do what I did.. I went to Dillard's and picked out a dress that my maid of honors dress and picked out an after 5:00 dress; where she can wear it again and again.. I only spent like $45.00 and it looked like something out of David's bridal. Good luck. Also, look in the prom dress or after 5:00 dress section.. ;D congrats too!!
Reply:One of the hardest things about choosing bridesmaid dresses is getting one to suit all shapes and budgets. The best looking bridal party i ever witnessed had a novel idea that really looked great. Her bridesmaids were all different shapes so not one dress suited them all, so the bride with the help of her friends picked a fabric swatch, the bridesmaides all used the same material and got different style dresses. They all looked amazing!!!! And the because they got to pick thier own style, they could wear the dresses again and didn't feel they were spending so much money on dresses that would sit in the back of the cupboard
Reply:I used Bill Levkoff for my bridesmaid's dresses. They have a million styles, most of which work very well together. There are several gorgeous dresses w/ sashes too. I think the price range of the dresses my girls picked was between $145 and $220. Three of them came with a matching wrap as well.
