What Color of Dresses should my Girl's wear?

what I mean by Girl's are my kids. I have 2 daughter's and he has 2. Our oldest ones are going to be Junior Bridesmaids and our little ones will be flower girl's. My bridal party is wearing apple.

should they be Apple or can we do Ivory? All 6 kids will be in the ceremony too. The Boy's will wear tux's who do they need to match?

What Color of Dresses should my Girl's wear?
I am a bride getting married in January 2009 and my colors are apple red, champagne and ivory. My jr. bridesmaids are wearing red dresses as well as the bridesmaids and they are going to be similar but not exactly like the bridesmaids. The flowergirls will wear ivory colored dresses with the red sash around the waist and a flower headpiece with red in it also. Flowergirl dresses are very easy to find--you can get them from a dress shop or boutique other than the place that you are getting the older adults dresses. The dresses are cheaper than David's Bridal and they look exactly the same.
Reply:How about ivory dresses/tuxes w/ apple sashes, ties and cumberbuns???
Reply:The 2 oldest ones should try and wear the same color as the bridesmaids. The little ones can wear ivory if you want, but try and have the bridesmaids color accented somewhere on the dress, like on a belt or some ribbon accents. Can you find apple vests/cumberbuns or bowties/ties for the boys to wear with the regular tux's??? That would be a good idea.
Reply:you could do a darker shade of green that contrasts with the apple, or a pale rose color. Even a blue/ocean color that blends with the apple would be beautiful. Ivory would also be lovely, but it would be best to have colors, as we don't want anyone to take away from you! :O) Good luck!!
Reply:I think ivory would be fine. You could accent their dresses with apple if you wanted or could find it. That would be pretty. Your boys should match your junior bridesmaids if they are going to be paired up, otherwise, they should match the other groomsmen. Good luck.
Reply:ivory
Reply:i think they should wear ivory. i think that would like nice against the apple, which is a great color by the way. it's almost like they will be mini-brides.
Reply:aqua.
Reply:Go with the theme but avoid white because thats disrespectful to the bride and match up the ties with the color of the dresses that you picked out for the girls. They'll look gorgeous! :]
Reply:Put apple color dresses on the girls and apple color cummerbunds on the boys
Reply:Dark pink for girls, orange for guys.
Reply:It is your wedding. No one "needs" to do anything you don't want. The people in your wedding should wear whatever you think will work out the best. You should take into acount how everyone will look in the pictures, what colors are available in the styles you like, as well as color/complexion issues. If you have some people with red hair and freckles, even if orange is your favorite color, you might want to be kind and not force them to wear that color.

Rather than coordinating all the colors, some people like choose a style of dress or vests for the boys, and let the people pick their choice of a color allowing an eclectic rainbow effect.

The most important thing is that you should be happy with the results (and you will be happier if everyone in your party is content with what they are wearing).

Congratulations on your happy day and good luck with your plans.
Reply:bright orange
Reply:I think that you could do Ivory or like a ivory with the apple red accents on the dresses. I also think I would be cute to have them match your dress color ! like mommy like daughter !
Reply:The dresses below would be perfect for the flower girls and junior bridesmaids. The junior bridesmaids should wear apple as well but a more youthful dress. The boys should match the groomsmen.
Reply:what color is apple exactly? green, red, or yellow?
Reply:I think it would be cute if they wear cream or maybe a pretty pale green.
Reply:pink looks good on younger kids
Reply:I would go with Ivory and the boy's tuxes have a ivory vest and bowtie
Reply:No way! It's your wedding...do as you please. Best Wishes!
